If we are performing the reading via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, telephone, or any other electronic app or video chat program it is your responsibility to download all apps or software and to add me as a contact prior to the session. If you are not able to connect, this counts as a "no-show", in which NO refunds will be given. If we experience Internet issues, the session may be switched to a telephone session, however, additional time will not be added to the session.***NO RECORDINGS ARE PERMITTED***
